Summary: Responsible for Management of the entire region's
part time and full time field staff, planning for and maintaining all resources
and event logistics. Measuring,
monitoring, and evaluating all activities to ensure that quality standards are
being met. Ensuring that Clients needs
are understood and being fulfilled to expectations.
Duties
and Responsibilities include
the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
- Recruit, hire,
train and Manages performance of our field organization.
- Schedule staff
and equipment to photography events.
- Aid in
scheduling and organizing client photography programs.
- Trains staff on
new techniques and reinforces required skills needed to produce a quality
product.
- Ensure staff is
paid properly by tracking timecards and mileage, as appropriate.
- Travels to
events and ensures quality and staff requirements are being met.
- Review field
staff performance, provide coaching & critique, maintain performance
records.
- Supervise
equipment room operations and verify equipment is kept in working
order. Order new equipment as
required.
- Updates policies
& procedures pertaining to Operations.
- Participate in
company and regional committee meetings as required.
- Photographs as
necessary.
- Edit images as
necessary using Photoshop.
- Submit
all field work for processing.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's
degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Language
Ability:
Ability
to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of
customers or employees of organization.
Math
Ability:
Ability
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning
Ability:
Ability
to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer
Skills:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word
processing software; spreadsheet software, image editing software, e-maiil and
internet software.

Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Directly
supervises 2 or more employees in Operations. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable
laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
