Your coach should be providing you with a blank order form 7-14 days prior to the scheduled photo
day. To ensure a smooth, on-time photo experience you should decide if/what you’d like to purchase
beforehand; complete the personal information and order sections IN THEIR ENTIRETY; enclose payment;
and bring with you to photo day.
When you arrive on photo day, find your coach/team and stay together as a group. Sportography staff
members will be actively seeking out coaches in accordance with our pre-designed photo schedule, and
moving teams to the appropriate photo station when their turn comes up. Please be punctual, if not
early!! Your coach or the organization should have informed your team of their specific photo time.
Since we will most likely have teams scheduled throughout the day, we cannot afford to wait very long
for late-shows and stragglers. Your team will be photographed at your scheduled time, so if you don’t
want to miss the team photo – be prompt.
If you didn’t complete your order form ahead of time and bring it with you, please visit our display
tables first to get an extra copy and see some product samples. Our staff can also help you make
selections and provide additional instructions for completing the form as needed. Once complete,
enclose payment and have your child hold on to their form. When we line-up the team, we’ll collect
the forms from each individual as we take their picture. Make sure your child turns their form into
our photographer, or they will not receive their photos. Even if you’re not purchasing individual
photos, we ask that you show up for the team shot.
After photo day, our customer service department is available to answer any questions you may have

your picture package handy – as we’ll need you to identify a few of the reference numbers indicated.
We understand the photo process should be smooth running, efficient and fun! To achieve this goal,
